Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026.

Genoskwa Enterprises Inc. handles business contact information under applicable US federal and state privacy laws.

What we collect

• The email address and name you write from, your clinic's name and website, and your state.
• The public pages of your website as they appear on the scan date.
• Order, payment status and terms-acceptance records (time, terms version, email, domain and payment reference). Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Email authentication results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) used to confirm who sent a request.

What we do not collect

We do not want patient information. Messages that appear to contain it are deleted automatically, unread; we keep only a log line with the time, the sender and the type of match. Attachments are removed without being opened.

How long we keep it

• Email message bodies: up to 30 days, then deleted.
• Report links expire after 7 days.
• Order and acceptance records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Commercial email

Promotional emails identify themselves as advertisements, include our postal address and an opt-out link, and opt-outs are honored promptly (CAN-SPAM). Reply STOP to stop offers, or STOP ALL to stop every message.

Service providers

Hosting and email (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe) and, for reading replies, an AI model provider. They process data on our behalf. Some may store data outside your state.
